He answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable without any pressure. We also really appreciate Tiffany, the Finance Manager, for being so helpful and explaining everything clearly. She made the financing and paperwork process smooth and easy. I would also like to recognize the manager who assisted us that day. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name, but he was very courteous and kept apologizing and updating us when the car was not immediately available. He made sure we knew what was happening, and about an hour later, the car was delivered. We really appreciated his effort and communication.
